Kroll Agency and Trustee Services (KATS), part of Kroll Business Services, provides independent, conflict-free, third-party agency and trustee services. Servicing the bond and loan markets, Kroll has developed its strong reputation by providing proactive and bespoke services to its clients. We currently manage over 1,500 loan and bond transactions globally. As part of Kroll’s strategic expansion, KATS is establishing and scaling its German platform. The Managing Director: Head of KATS Germany will be responsible for building, leading, and growing the German business, with full accountability for strategy, revenue, governance, and team development. The role is subject to approval by BaFin and appointment as a Managing Director (Geschäftsleiter) of the German regulated entity.
