Job Overview The Philanthropy Program Manager is responsible for leading and enhancing the organization’s philanthropic initiatives, volunteer engagement, financial literacy outreach, and storytelling efforts. This role will manage operational logistics, programs and events, data tracking, content strategy, and community partnerships to ensure impactful and measurable social contributions aligned with our brand and values. Responsibilities: Philanthropy Operations & Engagement: - Schedule and coordinate volunteer days with nonprofit partners. - Promote volunteer opportunities internally to drive staff participation. - Manage pre-event logistics and post-event recaps, including photo documentation. - Manage the inventory, ordering, and distribution of Cares shirts and swag. - Manage Cares content on Citadel’s intranet. - Coordinate donation drive logistics and execution. - Create philanthropic member engagement opportunities. - Support the success of new philanthropic initiatives, programs, and partnerships.
