School-Based Registered Behavior Technician Salary - $27-$32 per hour: Position Summary: A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting works one-on-one or with multiple students to help them manage their behavior and optimize their learning experience. They encourage positive behaviors, set appropriate boundaries, and observe, develop and report students' progress toward their IEP/504 plan goals.
