Your Role: As our Service Dispatcher , you’ll be the central point of contact for our service operations. You’ll manage incoming support requests, coordinate technician schedules, and ensure our clients receive prompt, effective service. Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining our service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring seamless service delivery.
