This position is responsible for Building Systems Commissioning projects to ensure the Owner’s Project Requirements are met throughout the project. Commissioning is a quality assurance service to ensure that building systems work as intended through a systematic, documented, and collaborative process involving peer review, construction observations, functional testing, and training. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES + EXPECTATIONS: GENERAL DELIVERABLES: - Serve as the Commissioning Agent for various commissioning efforts - Write reports and create necessary documentation, as well as perform other administrative duties, including the Final Commissioning Report at the conclusion of each project. - Development of commissioning plans and readiness schedules - Conduct site observation surveys and prepare field reports on the status of projects and completion of projects with respect to compliance - Ensure safe working conditions, while communicating project safety requirements per regulati...
