The Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) will plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education and a Certification Training Program (if applicable) for the nursing assistants as required by regulations. As the Scheduling Coordinator your role is to develop, implement, and monitor a scalable workforce management model for our nursing staff.
