Job description

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, and results-driven Principal Controls Engineer with deep expertise in advanced control system design for data center applications. This role combines system-level control architecture, robust control engineering, advanced optimal control, and hands-on commissioning leadership to ensure high availability, stability, and energy-efficient performance in dynamic, high-density thermal environments. As a technical leader, you will define scalable control architectures, drive predictive and optimization-based strategies, and mentor engineering teams across global programs. This position requires ownership across the full product lifecycle — from concept and architecture definition through validation, deployment, commissioning, and continuous improvement, and to do so in close collaboration with product design teams.
