This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. Preferred Qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, business, public administration, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in social or community service work, including two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
