Job Details Support Services | Miamisburg|Full Time|Days: Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Responsibilities: Provides Finance Manager, Finance Director, and Executive team with data as requested. Produces monthly financial and statistical reports as requested by department leaders. Manage physician payments and all hospital contracts. Assist with ad hoc requests, budgets, monthly financial analysis of the income statement, and other financial analysis as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. 1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office package including Excel and PowerPoint. 2. Create ad hoc reports as needed by utilizing hospital data software. 3. Project management skills required, excellent communication skills, both oral and written. 4. Develop tracking, reporting, and monitoring systems related to all non-physician hospital contracts. 5. Develop tracking, reporting, and monitoring systems related to the physician payment process. 6. Process physician payments and retain contracts in a timely and effective manner in order to meet the requirements outlined by compliance. 7.
