Facilities Supervisor

Job description

Performs a variety of skilled maintenance tasks in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, grounds keeping, sprinkler systems, HVAC, preventative maintenance, electrical services, mechanical equipment, and utility systems throughout all the PITU facilities under the general direction of the Facilities Director. PITU facilities include all tribal buildings, grounds and recreational facilities located on or near the PITU reservation. Supervises the Maintenance Department in the absence of the Facilities Director. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 6 pm JOB FUNCTIONS: include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Performs general building maintenance and custodial duties. 2. Performs construction and all-around repairs. 3. Patches walls and paints interiors and exteriors of building and other structures. 4. Manages all grounds keeping in consultation with Facilities Director. 5. Performs scheduled maintenance on all machinery and lawn equipment. 6.
