Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Davidson College invites applications for the position of Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training student-athletes; recruiting; scheduling; assisting with team travel; equipment management; and working with the head coach in directing all phases of a Division I program, including organizing and supervising all practices and games. Job Duties: Assist on field and in classroom instruction of techniques and strategies; evaluate individual performances and provide leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies as required. Participate in comprehensive recruiting activities; coordinate efforts with Admissions Office to establish academic eligibility and arrange meetings between prospects and College officials; recommend individuals for scholarships; ensure direct compliance by coaching staff, players, and recruits with NCAA, A10 Conference, and Davidson College athletics regulations, policies, and overall mission of amateurism.
