About the Role We’re looking for a commercially driven Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers across the mid-market segment. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, managing the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities through to closing deals and driving long-term customer value. This is a highly consultative role where success comes from understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and grow your accounts: - Manage and expand a portfolio of mid-market customers (typically $100M–$1B revenue range) - Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximise account value - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, business, and executive levels Drive new business: - Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across your territory - Run discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations - Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Deliver a great customer experi...
