JOB TITLE: Hitting Coach DEPARTMENT: Player Development: POTENTIAL LOCATIONS: Frederick, Maryland; Bowie, Maryland; Salisbury, Maryland; Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Sarasota, Florida; Norfolk, Virginia JOB SUMMARY: The Baltimore Orioles are seeking multiple full-time Hitting Coaches for the 2026 Major League Baseball Championship season. This position will serve as a uniformed coach with the responsibility of executing the organization’s hitting philosophy and individual player plans at the assigned affiliated location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Desired: The anticipated salary for this role is $44,000 - $52,000 annually depending on experience.
