Job DetailsJob Location: Holly, MI 48442Position Type: Part TimeGeneral Statement of Duties: Providing engagement, support, and mentoring to residents of the Rose Hill Residential Rehabilitation, Transitional Living, and Community Support Programs. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Engagement and mentoring of residents of Rose Hill’s Residential Rehabilitation Program. Assisting the Admissions Department with family/potential resident tours. Assisting newly admitted residents on the day of admission with the structure of the residential program, daily/weekly schedule and treatment experience. Assisting staff with off-campus outings by accompanying residents and staff on outings. Facilitating psychoeducation and didactic residential groups. Facilitating recovery group for TLP/CSP participants. Participating/supporting residents in the person-centered treatment planning process. With requisite completion of training, licensing and experience, meeting with assigned residents for one-to-one mentoring sessions.
