Position Summary Supports client and internal site operations by inspecting, repairing and evaluating customer and 24hr owned equipment, such as harnesses, SRL (self-retractable lifelines), lanyards, cable ladders, tripods, davit arms, entry devices and other equipment associated with fall protection. Essential Responsibilities, includes but are not limited to - Inspect, repair, and/or replace equipment. Using hand tools, and monitoring devices. - Dismantle and examine mechanical parts, replaces worn or damaged parts. - Decon equipment only with manufacturer approved solutions. - Assist in facility safety inspections, customer walk-thru’ s. - Respond to client questions promptly and professionally - Working conditions include restricted movement, on-site work, lifting or carrying of heavy objects. - Process and track all customer and 24hr-safety warranty returns - Adhere to all company policies. - Additional duties as assigned by department supervisor or upper mgmt..
