PURPOSE: The SCM Intelligence & Performance Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, governance, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations, with emphasis on Logistics and Distribution Center performance. This role bridges business and technology by translating operational requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data frameworks. The position drives data-informed decision-making, improves operational performance visibility, and leads a team in delivering high-impact analytics that support strategic and tactical supply chain objectives.
