Role Summary: Lethbridge Programs employs 1 Team Leader to primarily manage the after-hours and on-call related responsibilities of Lethbridge Community Group Care and Emergency Youth Shelter, as well as recreational leadership and ongoing support to staff and programs. These individuals will be reporting to the Program Manager; the Team Leader will be responsible for the operational aspects related to After-hours times, for multiple programs in Lethbridge.
