Job DetailsJob Location: Lincoln, CA 95648Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolJob Shift: GraveyardJob Category: Food & BeveragePosition Summary: The Bars Kitchen Worker is responsible for cleaning floors, floor drains, stainless steel counter tops, soda guns, and sinks in the bar areas of the property. The Bars Kitchen Worker will also remove, clean, and return floor mats, remove dirty linen, and clean and return glassware to proper locations. Responsibilities include the set up and breakdown of dish machines in the bar areas for next use. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. Clean stations and bars including breaking down and setting up machines. Cleaning floors, floor mats, and walls. Remove all soiled linen from the stations and storage according to policies and procedures in place.
