Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family centred care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice, and the established vision, values and policies of the organization, works in a team based environment and is charged with providing discipline specific education and expertise across the health authority a majority of the time. Provides clinical and educational support to designated staff within Vancouver Coastal Health and performs related specialized duties. Plans, implements and evaluates educational programs, provides training in practice, assisting with the development and roll out of new clinical practices and providing staff with information on new or changed therapeutic procedures and practices.
