THE OPPORTUNITY At Lakeshirts, our Team Leads are hands-on, people-focused leaders responsible for guiding their team through daily production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports team success through clear communication, training, and coaching. You'll set expectations, solve problems in real-time, and help maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment. We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a calm, motivating presence, and the ability to manage priorities while supporting individual and team growth.
