HR Generalist Department: People: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Atlanta: Reporting To: Ana Alvarez: Description: We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to be our go-to people professional in the US. This is a pivotal hire: as we grow our Atlanta team significantly this year, you'll own the full employee lifecycle from HR operations and compliance to coaching managers through complex employee relations cases. You'll be supported by an Office and Recruitment Coordinator and our Global HR team for complex escalations, but day-to-day, this role is yours to shape. We're looking for someone who thrives in a scaling environment, brings structure where it's needed, and genuinely cares about building a people-first culture not just processing paperwork.
