This role is responsible for leading and managing the Freight Forwarding Field Sales teams and sales activities at country level. The position ensures the development and growth of the country’s own controlled freight forwarding business across small, medium, and large customers, while also supporting and growing business generated through the DP World network outside the country, contributing to overall country performance. The role is accountable for defining, executing, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the European growth strategy. This includes close coordination with regional and global account management teams, overseeing sales execution and customer care activities, and driving marketing initiatives in line with regional and global strategies and policies.
