Position Purpose: Directs multiple teams accountable for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions for Member/Provider Portals and/or Data Integrations. Provides technical guidance to engineering teams and implements best practice development methods. Manages a large portfolio of new development, enhancements, maintenance projects to successful completion navigating quality, schedule, competing priorities and cost management challenges. Supports established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies for the engineering teams. Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
