Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Site Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with grants and federal and state regulations, as well as state and program policies. This position oversees data collection, analysis, and reporting. Responsible for investigating workplace incidents, tracking completion of all required services, and analyzing data to identify concerns and trends for the purpose of program improvement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Management/Leadership, Analytics, or a related field. Four years of experience in Law Enforcement, conducting investigations, safety and compliance, or a related field. Experience with data analysis and identifying trends preferred. Experience presenting trainings related to compliance preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
