Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn uncapped monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $532.00 per month. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of insurance sales experience 1+ years of outbound call center experience preferred Active Property and Casualty license: Schedule Requirements: Mon – Fri, 9:00am to 6:00pm EST, optional Saturday hours for over time (9:00am to 2:00pm EST) The primary duties of the Member Insured Sales Agent are to: Perform outbound dials based on provided lead lists, consisting of targeted customers and members who have a high propensity to buy to meet new business goals.
