This position requires 5 days onsite in Bellevue, WA or Nashville, TN. We are seeking a UX Designer V to lead the design of an innovative AI-powered training application for delivery associate trainees. This role will work with a cross-functional team of product, learning, analytics, and developers to build a platform that will evolve from a classroom tutor into a comprehensive personalized learning system. The platform generates personalized learning content based on a curriculum backend and standard operating procedures, integrating seamlessly with existing training systems and curriculum.
