Job Description: Le ou la Chef/Cheffe de l'équipe des ressources (CER) assure le leadership et la gestion d’une équipe d’adjoints à la gestion de centres financiers de haut calibre et veille à leur perfectionnement. Son objectif consiste à permettre aux conseillers, aux employés des conseillers et aux directeurs d’obtenir la formation dont ils ont besoins. Il doit déterminer les besoins et offrir la formation requise sur les exigences, les outils, la technologie et les processus administratifs de la Sun Life.
