Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Program Control/EVM Analyst to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain program control processes in accordance with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and contractual requirements. - Develop and administer control accounts for labor, staffing, and hours aligned to authorized scope of work. - Enter and maintain baseline, forecast, and performance data within EVM tools (e.g., Cobra); integrate cost and schedule inputs from finance and scheduling systems. - Validate budget changes and baseline adjustments for compliance with change control processes and organizational policy. - Perform monthly cost and schedule performance analysis; calculate EV metrics (BCWS/BCWP/ACWP), CPI, SPI, variance analyses, and supporting narratives. - Prepare variance analyses, performance indices, and narrative content for Monthly Status Reports and management reviews. - Coordinate Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) metrics, support financial forecasting, and assist funding management activities. - Collaborate with control account managers, finance, scheduling,...
