The Opportunity: VWR, part of Avantor®, is a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the biopharma, healthcare, education & government, and advanced technologies & applied materials industries. To strengthen and grow our business, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) in Basel. In this role, you will provide expert support and proactively uncover new business opportunities for our customer, a leading Biopharma Company. What we are looking for: Strong background in life sciences (ideally with a corresponding degree or vocational training). A record of success in a previous key account sales role is highly desirable, particularly in the pharmaceutical market. Exceptional networking abilities and a track record of developing strong, partnership-based relationships with various stakeholders. Strong project management skills with an ability to influence others in a matrix environment. Well-structured approach to problem-solving and great time management skills.
