Overview Bowhead is seeking an NMCI Analyst to support NSWC Corona Division. This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer service and IT support to our Navy customer and support the Command's mission. Responsibilities: - The systems administrator administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers. • Installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation. • Cyber WorkForce (CWF) directives are maintained and up to date with respect to certifications • Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services. • Answering questions about installation, operation, configuration, and customization.• Specific support consists of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues encountered by users.• Software support includes, but not limited to Windows a...
