JOB REQUISITION: Strategic Accounts Operations Support LOCATION: MI TROY EAST: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Strategic Accounts Operations Support position will provide operational support to Managing Director(s), as well as comprehensive support across multiple projects and business processes for our Strategic Accounts team. Responsibilities: As well as providing executive level support to the Managing Director(s), this role will be a resource for client accounts and revenue generating activities support. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing technology, reporting, and meeting support and assistance with Strategic Account team processes. Leadership Support – 5%: - Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar. Collaborate with other executive assistants to coordinate calls with field Senior Leadership, as well as external partners. - Prepare internal memos and infrastructure announcements by gathering relevant information. - Handle confidential or sensitive information.
