Overview The Client Services Intern will work alongside AvePoint’s global Professional Services team, supporting initiatives focused on customer excellence, operational insights, and continuous improvement. This role offers hands ‑ on exposure to analytics, AI ‑ enabled tooling, and modern service delivery practices within a SaaS environment. The internship is project ‑ based and centered on expanding AvePoint’s internal knowledge repositories, sentiment ‑ based telemetry, and data ‑ driven decision ‑ making capabilities. The intern will contribute to real business initiatives while developing practical experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Support sentiment ‑ based data reporting and analysis to surface insights related to customer experience and service delivery - Assist in the development and enhancement of agentic, knowledge ‑ base driven experiences used by Client Services teams - Contribute to resource activity planning and forecasting initiatives to improve operational visibility - Help generate internal materials and documentation using AI ‑ assisted and tool ‑ aided workflows - Build and maintain Power Platform ‑ based dashboar...
