Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1310 116th Ave NE in Bellevue, WA Work Schedule: This is a Casual/Per Diem position; hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary. Job Responsibilities: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications: Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P) Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record Must be at least 21 years old Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards: In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time o...
