APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $25.00/hour (based upon hands on experience and certifications) plus benefits. APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION: Our Apartment Maintenance Technicians play an integral role in supporting the transition from construction to full occupancy at SpringBrook Park Apartments , Columbia’s newest luxury multi-family community. This position works closely with the construction and development teams to identify and complete warranty-related repairs, assist with punch lists, and ensure new units meet quality and performance standards prior to resident move-in.
