As the Director of Digital Innovation , you will establish and lead a team dedicated to accelerating innovation, enhancing solutions, identifying cutting-edge digital technology, improving consumer engagement, nurturing successful partnerships, streamlining operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience to achieve business goals. You will report directly to the Director of Technology, collaborating closely with IT to establish technical foundations aligned with the overall architecture and service operations.
