Job Description: The HR Advisor provides expert employee relations support, serving as the escalation point for complex cases from the HR Shared Services team. This role is responsible for conducting investigations, advising managers and employees on workplace issues, and recommending actions related to performance, conduct, and policy violations across the U.S. Sales Teams, Production & Operations, and Support Centers. Responsibilities: Investigate employee complaints, concerns, and policy violations thoroughly and impartially. Partner with managers to coach on performance, behavioral issues, and disciplinary processes. Provide guidance and support for actions such as disciplinary measures, performance improvement plans, or terminations. Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for sensitive or high-risk matters from the HR Shared Services team. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence to ensure resolutions align with policy, law, and company values.
