Family and Youth Director - Charlestown Department: Center Staff: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Charlestown YMCA: Reporting To: Bridgette Ridlon: Compensation: $57,597 - $65,000 / year Description: Position Summary: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Family and Sports Program Director at Charlestown YMCA will lead, develop and launch activities that bring youth, caregivers and families closer together, encourage good health and foster connections through various activities and shared interest. Under the supervision of the Branch Executive Director, the Youth and Family Director oversees the administration and operations of the following program areas; youth sports, adult sports, enrichment, teen programs annual campaign and special events all while ensuring a positive, safe, enriching environment, and others as developed based on the community needs in accordance to the YMCA core values and mission.
