About the Role: We are seeking a patient, ASL-fluent Special Education tutor to work one-on-one with a student who is Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) and has intellectual disabilities . The student is non-verbal but communicates using approximately 60 signs and short 1–2 word phrases . The student thrives with consistency, structure, and strong one-on-one relationships , so building trust and maintaining a predictable routine will be key to supporting their learning and progress.
