Our RV Home vertical is looking for an analytical, innovative paid media leader to help us scale customer acquisition efforts for a Fortune 50 client in the telecommunications and entertainment industry. This role will oversee Paid Social strategy, execution, and KPI attainment, as well as management and development of a team of analysts. What You’ll Do: - Own end-to-end paid media strategy, including channel roadmap, testing frameworks, and measurement approach, with a primary focus on paid social and expansion into additional channels where impact is demonstrated. - Evaluate tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and user experience to inform investment decisions and prioritize initiatives with the highest long-term impact. - Lead team of analysts responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance across paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards. - Define success metrics, assess data quality and limitations, and guide stakeholders to...
