About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Professional Services to lead and scale our global services organization. This leader will own the end-to-end delivery function, ensuring successful customer implementations while driving revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing systems , with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers. This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.
