Job description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: - Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the system. - Provide timely and courteous service, ensuring customers are satisfied. - Handle customer concerns or complaints effectively, escalating to the Shift Lead or Manager when necessary. - Offer menu suggestions, upsell additional items, and promote promotions or specials. 2. Food Preparation: - Prepare food items according to Del Taco's recipes and standards. - Ensure food is made fresh, according to customer orders, and meets quality standards. - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the food preparation process. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation during food prep. 3. Cleaning & Sanitation: - Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. - Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and taking out trash. - Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed. - Ensure work areas are stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, condiments, etc....
