Schedule: Monday-Friday: Position Summary: The palliative care nurse practitioner (NP) is assigned to the Hosparus Health palliative care community and reports to the Senior Nurse Practitioner. The NP provides direct patient care, including making medically-necessary palliative care visits (billable) and hospice face-to-face recertification (FTF) visits (non-billable). The NP will also rotate to cover general Hosparus Health -wide weekday and weekend call for orders and prescriptions.
