Position Summary The Site Manager oversees the daily operations of their assigned site, ensuring high standards of service delivery for all individuals receiving support. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and is crucial for maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour: Open Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm (40hrs) Key Responsibilities: About New Ways Services – (ABI Division) New Way is MHA’s residential and community-based program supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) from trauma, stroke, or serious illness.
