Job Summary: DT Professionals is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to join the team at our Moorpark, CA office. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career (6–12 months experience) who is eager to grow their skills in supporting users, managing devices, and learning modern endpoint management tools. You will play a key role in day-to-day IT support, assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate asset records while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems. Responsibilities: - IT Asset & Inventory Management - Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning). - Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware, software, and licenses. - Support periodic inventory audits. - Implement and optimize asset management processes and tools. - Device Management & Administration - Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. - Enforce endpoint configuration policies across the organization. - Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues across endpoints. - Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Work inside MDM platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Appl...
