The Opportunity: The post holder is a member of the European Human Capital team with a specific focus on developing and implementing our regional efforts on inclusion and culture, encompassing all our activities across all European Oliver Wyman locations. This role will support I&C projects and Programs and will also be key to tracking and monitoring our I&C impact. The position is a hybrid role with a minimum of 60% based in our Amsterdam office. Key Responsibilities: To support the Inclusion and Culture strategy across the region by: - Embedding our ‘People Experience Strategy 28’ overall aims and ambitions for the Europe region - Collaborating with the global People Experience team and the Europe Human Capital Leadership team to ensure that all global, regional, and local inclusion and culture initiatives are on track - Driving regional projects and partnering with the team to ensure timely implementation of efforts -...
