Driver Recruiter Fenton, MO | Onsite: Salary: $63,000-$70,000 base salary + bonus & incentives Summary: The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to support the company's operational and growth objectives. This role plays a critical part in building a strong driver workforce by executing effective recruiting strategies, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and ensuring timely hiring outcomes in a competitive market. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to engage and convert top driver talent.
