Overview Samaritan Daytop Village is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Research Associate to support program evaluation and reporting for our behavioral health and transitional housing programs. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis and is passionate about leveraging data to improve client outcomes and inform strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Program Evaluation and Research, the Research Associate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing and interpreting data to support our commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities: - Extract and clean data from Electronic Health Records (EHR); conduct descriptive statistical analyses using tools such as Excel or R - Prepare reports, presentations, and print materials for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies, ensuring full compliance with reporting standards - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support internal decision-making and reporting - Design and implement surveys and other assessment tools; conduct focus groups and summarize qualitative findings - Collaborate with program staff to coordinate an...
