Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day Order Management operations for DACH customers Monitor and analyze order flow, backlog, and delivery performance (e.g. OTD, confirmations, allocations) Identify order-related issues (e.g. shortages, blocks, cuts) and support root cause analysis Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Supply Chain, Market Planning, Transportation, Sales) on order topics Support process improvements and standardization within Orde...
