Position Summary Copa Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech Driver that provides support and care to individuals in community and housing program settings, ensuring their well-being, safety, and overall quality of life. The BHT staff promotes active treatment and a positive environment for individuals as identified in their treatment or behavior plan. Key Responsibilities - Provide consistent monitoring to the wellbeing of the individuals served to provide a positive, supportive and structured environment. - Assist, teach, coach, and mentor individuals in skills of daily living to include but is not limited to housekeeping, personal hygiene and grooming, budgeting, shopping, community activities and community resources to achieve treatment goals identified in the individuals treatment plan, behavior plan, or vision recovery. - Demonstrate skills in planning, im...
