IT Project & Change Manager

Job description

This is a dynamic role for a professional who likes to wear multiple hats—Project Manager and Change Leader—to drive the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving user adoption, managing change effectively, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in maturing our delivery practices—introducing and coaching Agile and Kanban frameworks across Development and Infrastructure teams respectively. Essential Functions: Project Management - Provides management and strategic direction to a team and is responsible for project development, budget and schedule. - Establishes goals, negotiates project commitments and develops project plans. - Reviews and provides input into the project scope definition.
